I've bumped into a bit of a problem. It appears Xmission's 68.69.160.0/20
IP address space is in the MAPS Dynamic User List (DUL). This prevents my
SMTP server from sending to some locations. My understanding is that
the Utopia IP addresses are statically assigned (granted still via DHCP)
so in my thinking they shouldn't appear in the DUL.

This is URL:

http://www.mail-abuse.com/removereq_dul.html

They state their investigators research thoroughly, and that IP space is
added to the DUL if it is either obviously dynamic or the ISP has failed
to provide the proper public information. I have requested to have my IP
removed, however, I am not the responsible party and thus denied.

Can an Xmission staff member help me get my IP off the DUL?

Thanks,
-Mike

This appears to be fixed. "Thank you" to you and your staff, I appreciate it.
